Food Network Comes to Seabrook

SEABROOK, TX – January 6, 2012

Food Network's Restaurant Impossible is visiting Seabrook! This top television show, with Chef Robert Irvine, is remaking and revitalizing The Pelican Grill in just two days.

During the week of January 9, Irvine will transform this quaint diner using his restaurant expertise and $10,000. Day one of the extreme mission begins with a thorough business assessment as Irvine closely observes the staff and kitchen and determines weakest spots. For day two, he springs into action by updating the menu, retraining the staff and implementing aesthetic changes with the help of his design team.
