Seabrook approves tax incentive plan to re-open Tookie's

SEABROOK, Texas (February 22, 2011) - Seabrook City Council last week approved a sales tax rebate agreement in hopes it will lead to the re-opening of a long-time favorite hamburger joint, Tookie's.
