Directional Sign Project

The Seabrook EDC has implemented a directional sign program that will feature wayfinding panels for public facilities, city character districts and Seabrook business establishments. The signage will be placed on arterial streets throughout the city. Located within the right-of-way, the signs are intended for use by citizens and tourists to help locate area businesses and city facilities.

National Sign Plazas (NSP) is administering Seabrook's directional sign program. If a Seabrook business is interested in leasing a business panel, they should contact Pat Fuller directly. Each sign holds up to five panels, and panels are available for lease on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a one-time production fee of $100 for the panel, and the NSP leasing fee is $40 per month. NSP operates on a standard, six-month lease, but special circumstances can be made, where possible. Once the initial term expires, the agreements renew for either a three-month or six-month term, depending on the agreement.
